What Does this semen Analysis Test Result Indicate?

hi, my SA result is as thus, Amorphous head is 0-1/hpf pus cells is 3.4/hpf active 30% sluggish30% dead 40% pin 2.3/hpf epithelial cell + %abnormal 40 ph 7.5 sperm count 75x10^6 cells/ml viscosity = hyperviscosity opacity= translucent pls interprete the result for me and my prblem

Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection with borderline low motility.
Infection is indicated by presence of few pus cells in semen.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.

Sperm motility,count and morphology are normal.
Motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests over all 60% overall motility,so it is boderline.
Sperm count is normal.It should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Sperm morphology is also normal.Only 16 % normal morphology sperms are required for natural fertilization.
